Where two paths kept crossing until purpose brought them home.

Sterling Fairway didn't begin with fabric, logos, or launch plans. It began more than twenty years ago at the University of Colorado, when two guys crossed paths without knowing how tightly their lives would stay intertwined.

 

They met again in artillery school. Then again in Helmand, Afghanistan. Two Marines, moving through life with the same standard: discipline, calm under pressure, and doing things the right way even when it's hard.

 

Years later, when one of them found his life again in the fairway — in the clarity, presence, and grounding that golf gives when everything else feels loud. That moment sparked the early foundations of what would become The Comeback Course Foundation, created to give other veterans the same sense of strength, direction, and access through the game of golf.

 

But when searching for gear that matched the weight of this mission, we hit a brick wall: there was no truly premium, elite-tier golf apparel being made right here in the United States.

 

When Mike heard about the vision to change that, he didn't hesitate. He stepped forward. Together, we brought our shared past and shared Marine standard to solve that problem—teaming up to engineer the absolute best, no-compromise polo shirt, proudly made in the USA.
